The Airfast® A5M36TG140 from NXP Semiconductors is a Fully Integrated Doherty Power Amplifier Module that operates from 3400 to 3800 MHz. It delivers an output power of 9 W with a gain of 32.6 dB and has a Power Added Efficiency (PAE) of up to 46.4%. This amplifier is based on LDMOS and GaN-on-SiC technology and is designed to ensure high performance for TDD and FDD LTE systems. It is available in a surface-mount package and is ideal for outdoor small cells, low-power remote radio heads, and massive MIMO applications.
