8-port DIN-rail PoE injectors integrate power supply

With up to 8 ports and an integrated premium power supply at just 77mm wide, the AC input injector can do what normally requires a combination of at least two devices, reducing costs and space required on the DIN Rail. For systems with an existing system power supply the PULS stand-alone DC input PoE injection device is just 39mm wide offering designers’ maximum space savings. Using plug-and-play automatic device detection and classification, together with proven DIN rail mounting, the units are user friendly and easy to install. They provide high performance capacity with PoE+ and Gigabit Ethernet. Both units are equipped with up to 8 ports and each port delivers a power of 30W (25.5W at load) and is compliant to IEEE Standard 802.3at.

System designers can specify a version with or without built in power supply depending on their application and variants with less than 8 ports are available on request. Efficiency is up to 95.5%, with advanced inrush current limitation and active power factor correction in a 117x39x128mm case (DC input) or a 117x77x131mm case (AC input).
